Yes, absolutely! We are very committed to ensuring that our products are produced sustainably. We use only solar energy to ensure that our production process is as environmentally friendly as possible.

We only use paper and glass from recycled sources for packaging.

How can I view my previous orders?

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation, invoice and tracking number by email. To find your previous orders, you can simply search for emails from "lipid-legends.com" in your inbox.

Do I need to create a customer account to shop?

No, we do not require you to create a customer account because we are providing a simple shopping experience.

Do I have to re-enter my name and address every time I place an order?

No. With the Auto-Fill function, your data is filled in automatically with just one click.

What do I do if my desired item is sold out?

You have the option to enter your email address next to the sold out product. If the desired item is back in stock, you will be notified.

Can I change or cancel my order if it has not been shipped yet?

If the order has not yet been delivered to the shipping partner and is still being processed, it can still be cancelled or changed. Please send us a short e-mail.

What can I do if I ordered to the wrong address?

Please notify us via e-mail. However, if your package has already been delivered to the shipping partner, please contact them.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery time varies by country and can be between 1-3 days. You will receive a tracking code once we have shipped your package to track the delivery status of your shipment.

We ship your order with Austrian Post and its partners.

To which countries do you deliver?

We deliver to the following EU countries: Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

Is the delivery sustainable?

Sure it is! We deliver absolutely sustainable! Not only are our boxes made from recycled material, but we also breathe new life into old boxes and reuse them. To seal our packages, we use environmentally friendly paper tape.

In addition, we ship with a shipping partner that already delivers CO2-neutral and has set a goal to be completely CO2-free by 2030. We do our best to protect the environment!

I received an incomplete or wrong delivery, what should I do?

Write us an email and tell us what you are missing or what was wrongly delivered. We will be happy to resend you the missing items and apologize for the inconvenience.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Sure, your package can be delivered to a different address than the one on your invoice. This can be convenient, for example, if you want to deliver your package to your work address or as a gift to another person.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Sure, as long as we haven't shipped your order yet, you are welcome to email us to make changes to the address or products. We will be happy to help you!

Can I return the goods and who bears the costs?

Of course you can return the goods within 14 days without giving any reason. You only have to write us an email so that we can initiate this. You bear the costs for the return.

Do I need to include any information with the return?

You do not need to include any additional information with your return. However, please send us an email with the details of your return.

How do I get my money back?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund your money to your original account within 14 business days.
